Jim White, ACSM Health Fitness Instructor, Registered Dietitian, ADA National Spokesman Jim graduated Summa Cum Laude from Youngstown University in Ohio with a B.A. in Nutrition. He is credentialed by the American Dietetic Association as a Registered Dietitian and certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Instructor. Jim is currently the National spokesman for the American Dietetic Association and has the reputation of being one of the top health professionals in the area. His clientele includes all walks of life—athletes, actors, models, business owners, elders and teens. Jim and his team have helped hundreds lose thousands! |

Elizabeth Barge, M.Ed., R.D., Registered Dietitian She is a home economist and dietitian. She celebrated her 40th birthday (a few years ago) by training for and running the Seattle Half Marathon. She's been an avid runner ever since and ran the Charlottesville Half Marathon this year. Elizabeth has broad experience in clinical nutrition, but specializes in sports nutrition and is ADA-certified in Adult Weight Management. She is committed to helping people achieve their fitness and health goals expediently, realistically and economically. She's traveled and moved all over the world with her Navy husband. They have a daughter in college, a 16-year-old son and a 16-year-old German Exchange Student son. She recently had an article published in Faith and Fitness magazine and is currently on the Board of the Tidewater Dietetics Association. |

His travels and work have included locations from Atlantic City, New York City, New Orleans, Washington D. C., the Grand Hotel, Mackinac Island, MI, the Belleview Biltmore Hotel, Bellaire, FL, the Burg Hotel, Oberlech, Austria to Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager positions at Walt Disney World’s Grand Floridian Hotel, Disney’s Village Resort, Disney’s Port Orleans and Dixie Landing’s Resorts and as Executive Chef Development for the Disney Cruise Line.
