Carmine Grieco, MS Exercise Science, ACE Certified Personal Trainer
Carmine Grieco, a PhD candidate at Old Dominion University, began his career in the fitness industry in 1993 and became a personal trainer in 1995. From housewives to CEOs, diabetic patients to power lifters and ultra marathoners, he has personally trained hundreds of people. Carmine is currently an instructor at ODU in the Exercise Science Department and has been teaching ACE PT prep classes for the past 5 years. The numerous health-related articles he has written can be seen in magazines such as Hampton Roads Magazine, American Fitness, Lifestyles, OnFitness, Personal Fitness Professional, Inside Business and Tidewater Women. Carmine recently published his first scholarly article in Current Sports Medicine Reports.
