Jim WhiteJim White, RD, ACSM HFI, ADA National Spokesman
Jim White is the owner and president of Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios in Virginia Beach, Virginia. After graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nutrition, Jim became credentialed as a registered dietitian by the American Dietetic Association's Commission on Dietetic Registration and certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Instructor. Jim is also the ADA national spokesman and President of the Tidewater dietetic Association.


Craig HamiltonCraig Hamilton, Personal Trainer
Craig has been affiliated with the fitness industry for over 10 years. He has competed in Power lifting and Bodybuilding competitions nationwide. He does a lot of local community volunteering with youths and is active on several community boards. Craig specializes in all levels of fitness and always challenges his clients to exceed their goals. He is married with two boys.

 

Eric McLaughlinEric McLaughlin, ACE CPT, Gym Manager
Eric has been affiliated with the fitness industry for over 7 years. He is certified by the American Council on Exercise—one of the top certifying bodies in the country. Eric specializes in weight loss and body sculpting and is ready to help anyone needing a body and lifestyle transformation.

 

 

Eric McLaughlinChris Baggett, ACE CPT
Chris has been affiliated with the fitness industry for many years. In his senior year of high school, he was a gym assistant and played various sports. After high school, Chris competed in two local bodybuilding competitions through the NASF. Through training for bodybuilding competitions, Chris realized that he wanted to pursue a career in the fitness industry. Chris is ACE-certified and is excited to help people of various fitness levels reach their fitness goals.

 

Eric McLaughlinMarley Christine Oldham, ACE CPT
Marley Oldham is from Frisco, TX and is a senior nutritional science major, with a focus in dietetics at Texas A&M University. She is currently certified by the American Council of Exercise as a personal trainer, and has recent experience in the nutrition and exercise fields. She is an avid runner and has been seen around the community conducting seminars, writing for magazines and in the news.

Marley's mission is to help people create healthy living lifestyles. She has a talent for changing lives. She has impacted many by using her education, enthusiasm, and drive to motivate her clients. She loves working on a day-to-day basis with people, and creating a professional and genuine relationship with clients. Marley believes that nutrition and exercise are a key element to living and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
