online deal purchases
STEP 1: Once you purchase you're online deal, pre-register here. You'll receive and electronic invite to start registering for your cardio room classes.
STEP 2: Login to your account and start scheduling your classes.
STEP 3: Have a blast!
If you bought an Online Deal as a gift for someone, please email us and include your name and phone number, the recipient's name, phone number and email address.
We only allow class registrations up to two weeks in advance.
DIRECT PURCHASE & registration
If you DID NOT purchase an online "deal," and would like to register for classes, you may do so here. You will be taken to another site that manages our class registrations. You will be assigned a login where you can access your schedule, add more classes and cancel classes as you need.

LOCAtion & PARKING
The Cardio Room is located at the Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios LASKIN ROAD location. PARKING & CARDIO ROOM ENTRANCE is located at the BACK of the building. Please drive around and enter through the back entrance, versus coming in through the gym at the front of the building.
- Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early for your class (other class may be in session).
- Doors will be locked 10 minutes after class has started and you will not be able to join the class under any circumstances (sorry, no refunds).
class cancellations
If you must cancel your registration, you may do so up to 12 hours before class begins. If you cancel within 12 hours of the class, or do not show altogether, you will forfeit that class. If you miss more than two (2) missed scheduled classes, you will be removed from the rest of your registered classes (although you may re-book).
