We only allow class registrations up to one week in advance.

We are so excited to offer these classes! We have a great selection — zumba, yoga, cardio & strength training — and we're looking forward to helping you acheive your fitness goals and HAVE FUN doing it. Please note that class offerings and schedules are subject to change. As classes fill up, we'll be adding more classes to the schedule. We want you happy AND fit!

 

TRX Power 

THURSDAY 6PM
All fitness levels

Swing kettle bells, pump body bars and hang from the durable TRX rope systems to push, pull, lift and lower your body through a series of resistance exercises using your own body weight for a full-body intensive workout.

CoreFIT

TUESDAY 5PM
All fitness levels

The words explain the class. For one hour we will burn, crunch, flex, squeeze, tighten, and contract the upper and lower abdominal area, obliques, and lower back. As we all know, we have to burn the fat on top to reveal the abs, so we will be adding a touch of cardiovascular training. This will put the final touch on creating that washboard stomach look.

Glutes & Guts

WEDNESDAY 6PM
All fitness levels

Did you know that 90% of fat cells in the body are either found in the butt, thighs or midsection area? This blend of training will define, tone and strengthen the stomach, glutes, thighs and legs (all the problem areas of men and women). Equipment used to assist in the toning includes: resistant bands and balls, dumb bells, body bars, gliders, and kettle bells.

CARDIO ROOM Boot camp

TUESDAY 6PM

A spin-off of our extremely popular beach-front boot camp, our first-ever Indoor/Outdoor Boot camp class combines intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. We challenge you with a variety of exercise styles including calisthenics to cadence, obstacle courses, core work, volume training, full-body sculpting and even a little healthy competition. Expect the unexpected in these full-body boot camp classes, which are packed with lots of variety and tons of fun.
