We take an interdisciplinary approach with constant communication between trainer, RD/DTR, and you, the client. Each team member is credentialed by the top certifying body in their profession, specializing in various subdivisions of fitness, including weight loss, athletic training, sports nutrition, disease prevention, special populations, childhood and teenage fitness, and much more. Our staff has the compassion, empathy, and motivation to inspire our clients to reach their goals. Not only that, but they "live the life" in every sense of the word.

We offer a multitude of fitness styles, including plyometrics, circuit training, boot camp style high-intensity interval training, cross training, cardio kickboxing...just to name a few. Which one is right for you? Our personal training team will help make that decision. At JWFNS, our goal is to tailor your workouts so they won't burn you out, but rather, keep you motivated to continue an active lifestyle. You will not experience the same workout twice; your training protocol is customized based on your lifestyle, body type, current fitness level and goals.
Our result-based system is flawless. We weigh you in once a week, measure you and do body fat assessments once a month. We design a workout regimen that will work to achieve your goals. When followed, each component will make the difference in your body.
It's the Nutrition:
Experts repeatedly say that to make a positive difference in changing your body, the majority of effort needs to fall on proper diet/nutrition. For most, proper nutrition can be the biggest battle. Our qualified nutrition staff is made up of both Registered Dietitians (RD) and Dietetic Technicians (DTR), and they are here to arm you for that battle.
Most workout facilities don't have continued support provided by a nutrition expert such as an RD/DTR. What can make this battle so challenging is you have to deal with decisions related to food more often than you have to push yourself through a workout. You are not as alone as you think. At JWFNS, we offer more than just a consultation in an office, but personalized grocery store tours, cupboard clean-outs, nutrition boot camps, recipe rehabs, nutritional cooking classes, and much more. This is one of the many differences at JWFNS —a staff of nutrition professionals, with 24-hour support. Fads are here today, gone tomorrow, but you will not find them at JWFNS. Our nutrition is easily adaptable to your lifestyle, making it simple to follow. That's the difference.

Constant weight fluctuations from fad dieting and inconsistent exercise routines are associated with increased health risks. Therefore, it can not be stressed more, the importance of a routine healthy lifestyle and weight loss with maintenance is crucial.
However, maintenance is not something that necessarily starts once you have achieved your desired goal. It starts with learning new, healthy habits. Your "membership" does not expire once you achieve your goal. The JWFNS difference is a lifestyle change, not a quick diet fix. We hold ourselves 100% responsible for your success, and are willing do what it takes to achieve success, no matter the size of the goal.
Once you hit your desired goal, we then put you on our maintenance protocol. We give you a 5% weight fluctuation buffer zone. If you start to backtrack, we take note and get you back in line.
