Jim White, RD, ACSM HFI, ADA National Spokesman
Jim White is the owner and president of Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios in Virginia Beach, Virginia. After graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nutrition, Jim became credentialed as a registered dietitian by the American Dietetic Association's Commission on Dietetic Registration and certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Instructor. Jim is also the ADA national spokesman and President of the Tidewater dietetic Association.
Elizabeth Barge, M.Ed., R.D., Registered Dietitian
Elizabeth has her Masters in Education from the University of North Carolina
at Greensboro and been registered with the American Dietetic Association for
24 years. Elizabeth has broad experience in clinical nutrition, but specializes in
sports nutrition and is ADA-certified in Adult Weight Management. She is
committed to helping people achieve their fitness and health goals
expediently, realistically and economically. She's traveled and moved all
over the world with her Navy husband. They have a daughter in college, a 16-year-old son and a 16-year-old German Exchange Student son. She recently had
an article published in Faith and Fitness magazine and
is currently on the Board of the Tidewater Dietetics Association.
Sue Maume, DTR
Sue
is a graduate of the TCC Diet Tech
Program, has been registered with the American Dietetic Association for 10
years, and is currently serving on the board of the Tidewater Dietetic
Association. A healthy lifestyle that includes good nutrition and exercise
has been a part of her life for many years. Her experience working in clinical nutrition at a
hospital enabled Sue to understand the importance of good nutrition for weight
management and improving one's health. Sue is committed to help people achieve their
health and fitness goals through nutrition education and counseling. She
will work individually with you to create a healthy eating plan that will work
with your lifestyle.
Brian Foley, Chef; American Personal Chef’s Association
Brian began his culinary career in Philadelphia as a Chef’s Apprentice with the American Culinary Federation and progressed to obtain Certified Executive Chef status.
Brian has worked with many large companies including Hyatt Hotels, Walt Disney Co., Harrah’s Entertainment and Bally’s Casinos. His travels and work have included locations from Atlantic City, New York City, New Orleans, Washington D. C., the Grand Hotel, Mackinac Island, MI, the Belleview Biltmore Hotel, Bellaire, FL, the Burg Hotel, Oberlech, Austria to Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager positions at Walt Disney World’s Grand Floridian Hotel, Disney’s Village Resort, Disney’s Port Orleans and Dixie Landing’s Resorts and as Executive Chef Development for the Disney Cruise Line.

Marley Christine Oldham, ACE CPT
Marley Oldham is from Frisco, TX and is a senior nutritional science major, with a focus in dietetics at Texas A&M University. She is currently certified by the American Council of Exercise as a personal trainer, and has recent experience in the nutrition and exercise fields. She is an avid runner and has been seen around the community conducting seminars, writing for magazines and in the news.
Marley's mission is to help people create healthy living lifestyles. She has a talent for changing lives. She has impacted many by using her education, enthusiasm, and drive to motivate her clients. She loves working on a day-to-day basis with people, and creating a professional and genuine relationship with clients. Marley believes that nutrition and exercise are a key element to living and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
