Jim White Fitness Nutrition Boot Camp

For the FIRST time ever, Jim White and his nutrition staff are holding monthly nutrition classes starting in April 2010. These classes will include nutrition education, cooking demos, grocery store tours, individualized meal planning, exercise prescription, and much much more. Jim and his staff will be hosting each class unloading their secrets of weight loss that has helped 100's lose 1000's. This class will help you lose weight and keep it off...FOR GOOD!

All Nutrition Boot Camp classes are 7:00-8:15 pm on Tuesdays start in November 2010 at the JWFNS Great Neck location.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
WEEK 1: Intro to the class : Jim White's nutrition secrets revealed
During the class, each client will receive a Jim White Fit-in-30 book to guide them to nutrition success during their monthly program. In addition, each client will be weighed and measured by our nutrition staff for accountablity through the month.

WEEK 2: Keeping the weight off this New Year's
Cooking demonstration: Personal Chef Brian Foley will provide a cooking demo on "healthy
meals in minutes."
Question and answer session with Jim
During the class, our nutrition staff will spend 10 minutes with each client going over their food journals, answering individual diet questions, and weighing in.

WEEK 3: Class will meet for a grocery store tour at the Great Neck Farm Fresh.
Jim will go through the store educating the class on nutrition label reading, portion control, and showcasing the latest foods to hit the grocery store shelves. His nutrition staff will also be there assisting with questions.

WEEK 4: How to bust through a plateau and maintain a healthy weight for life!
Jim will personally dedicate time to each client as his nutrition staff conducts the class. He will conduct the final measurements and give his guidance on what it takes to keep the weight off!
