Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios, certified by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the American College of Sports Medicine, and the American Council on Exercise, is teaming up with select area restaurants to bring healthier items to popular menus. It's like having a registered dietitian/fitness expert help you make your choices.
Along with the personal training and fitness education, JWFNS offers personalized grocery store tours, cupboard clean-outs, nutrition boot camps, recipe rehabs, nutritional cooking classes, and now, helpful choices on restaurant menus. If you are trying to get healthy—or stay healthy—you don't have to face a tempting menu alone. Just look for the JWFNS logo.
